N.B. The car has a private plate - NOT INCLUDED IN THE SALE - which can revert to the original in hours at my time and expense; it is a '66 plate, however, THE CAR IS THE 2017 MODEL. August: one advisory, nearside tyres have some slight crazing, but that is Volvo being picky - they are fine, all have 6mm of tread and are Pirellis, specific to the car model. It drives beautifully, is in lovely condition; the leather and wood has no blemishes nor damage, in short, the interior is in excellent condition. Aside from the 35 Pounds V.E.D., affordable insurance level, luxury motoring, and all the gadgets, the features I really appreciate are: The heating/cooling ventilated leather seats with 3 levels of intensity for each - the cooling is an absolute delight on hot days. The radar-controlled cruise control is amazing, it has to be experienced to be believed. There is 'Pilot Assist' if you want driving assistance & Parking Pilot to help park easily; and a host of other aid features. Automatic and Manual gearbox choice available. The fully-electric adjustable front seats can cater to every position, any height of driver (within reason). There are two memory positions which can be programmed to each key; when the car is unlocked, the seats move to the individual's personal settings. In winter, the care can be set to 'auto heat', so it warms up, de-mists/de-frosts, prior to use. The stereo system has twenty - yes, twenty - speakers placed throughout the car and can be adjusted to your preferences. For those who prefer it, it has a CD player, but it also has Apple Play, other Internet apps - Spotify, etc., and DAB radio to cater for every musical taste, plus Bluetooth connection. Internet connection is simple 'plug and play' via your phone or Bluetooth. There is low-level light interior lighting - different colours available - which is very calming on long drives. If it's not the weather for air conditioning, the system will nevertheless keep to the temperature set, hot or cold, though obviously dependent upon ambient external temperature.
