Description

BMW 320i SE - Spares or Repairs - 120k Miles - Private Plate Included Selling my BMW 320i SE, which I've owned for the past 9 years. The car has covered 120,000 miles and is being sold as spares or repairs due to an engine misfire. The sale also includes the private registration plate, P33 CRN. The engine management light flashes under acceleration when the car is first started, and the engine misfires, although the car remains drivable. I don't have the mechanical knowledge to diagnose or repair the issue myself, so unfortunately it's time to let it go. I've spent over £700 on BMW garage repairs, an MOT and servicing in the past month alone, including having the coil pack and spark plug changed at a BMW garage on 14th October 2026. Unfortunately, the misfire issue remains. Maintenance & Service History - 120,000 miles - MOT until 21 September 2027 - Private registration P33 CRN included in the sale - Timing chain replaced in 2021 - receipt available - Clutch replaced during my ownership - Coil pack and spark plug replaced by a BMW garage on 14th October 2026 - Oil, oil filter and air filter changed on the day it passed its MOT - Extensive service and maintenance history, with a folder full of receipts documenting work carried out over the years - BMW vehicle health check available - photos can be provided to interested buyers Known Issues - Engine misfire: The engine management light flashes under acceleration when the car first starts. The car remains drivable, but the issue needs further investigation. - Steering lock fault: A steering lock warning is displayed on the dashboard. The car has passed several MOTs while this warning has been displayed. Please be aware of these issues before enquiring. Condition - Bodywork generally in reasonable condition for a 19-year-old car, with expected age-related wear and tear. - Interior in keeping with the car's age. - Mechanically, the car would benefit from further investigation into the misfire. Reason for Sale I've owned this car for 9 years and have invested a lot of time and money into maintaining it. With over £700 spent in the past month alone on BMW garage work, an MOT and servicing, I've decided to sell rather than continue trying to diagnose an issue I'm unable to fix myself. This could suit a mechanic, someone with the knowledge to diagnose the misfire, or anyone looking for a project or spares. Genuine buyers welcome! I have a folder full of service and repair receipts from throughout m
