Regularly serviced by BMS Auto and Vantech. I have all the service history invoices, including a very large bill for the DSG rebuild 2 years ago. Apart from this issue we have had excellent reliability. I have discounted it due to the body work having several dents and scratches, wheels are average condition, infotainment system touch screen temperamental, and one rear electric door temperamental despite replacing parts.
