I purchased the car in January this year from IAA Auctions as a Category N vehicle. I regularly buy cars of this type, repair them and give them a new lease of life. The damage on this particular car was very minor, requiring a replacement driver's-side front wing and a repair to the corner of the front bumper. The interior is immaculate. Although the car comes with partial service history, all of the important maintenance items have been taken care of during my ownership. This includes servicing of the engine, gearbox, Haldex system and differential, along with new spark plugs. The brake discs and pads are reasonably new, as are the matching tyres fitted all round. The result is a fantastic-looking TT that drives exactly as it should and is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner. Performance & Practicality The 2.0 TFSI engine, Quattro four-wheel-drive system and S-Tronic gearbox make this a genuinely enjoyable car to drive, with plenty of performance and confidence-inspiring grip. The Stage 1 remap takes things up another level, producing approximately 300 bhp. The car is surprisingly practical, with a generous boot and foldable rear seats. It's also reasonably economical for a car with this level of performance, with around 35-40 mpg achievable on a run, depending on driving style and conditions.
