Here for sale is my 2005 BMW 645ci with the 4.4 V8 Engine and 330bph She's a lovely car to drive and feels balanced and stable on the road. A great looking car with performance to match. Full black leather seats which are in great condition considering the age and the trim in the cabin is dark faux wood which is the best combination. She's had regular oil changes and services over the years and she still runs very nicely with no unwanted noises from the engine or suspension. At the beginning of the year I put on 4 new Yokohoma tyres so they are only have 6 months wear on them. The BMW 6 series E63 shares a lot of it's part with the 5 series of the time as well so parts are readily available. 5 months MOT For a V8 the road tax is not too expensive, the last road tax bill (May 26) was 445 for the year, cheaper than the 2006 and younger cars out there. Bad Bits: hence the price. Recently she's developed an intermittent alternator fault, which I have had professionally diagnosed by my local independent BMW specialist. I've still been driving around 50 miles per day with no material issues to driving But it will need doing soon There is a leak somewhere in the coolant system as every couple of weeks I have to top her off. I have done a head gasket exhaust test on the coolant which did not show any signs of a head gasket leak. I do have a second key, purchased from BMW in 2018, but I've never coded it to the car as it won't turn in the ignition barrel. It works fine in the door and it looks just like my main key and so I guess it's just that my main key has worn with the barrel meaning that the new key isn't exactly the right shape that the barrel expects. The secondary air pump is a little noisy on start up when cold but this does not throw any error messages and only lasts 60 seconds or so. The drivers heated seat is not working (the back support heats up fine, just not the seat) The front disks have a bit of a wobble sometimes when decelerating from motorway speed. The gearchanges are not as smooth as they once were so might benefit from a gearbox filter and oil change at some point. I've been honest with the description and realistic with the discounted price, so please only get in touch it you are a serious buyer. I will ignore any stupid offers.
