2013 (63 plate) SEAT Leon 1.2 TSI SE Technology, finished in white with a 6-speed manual gearbox and 107,118 miles. Purchased in June 2025 at approximately 86,000 miles and selling due to upgrading to a newer vehicle. The car has been well maintained during my ownership, with several major components replaced. Maintenance & Service History: - MOT until October 2027 - passed on 7 October 2026 with no advisories - Timing belt replaced at 95,000 miles - Water pump replaced at 104,000 miles - Four Goodyear Vector 4Seasons G3 tyres fitted June 2026 - Rear brake discs, pads and offside rear calliper replaced at 88,000 miles - Wheel bearing repairs carried out - Last full service July 2025 at 88,000 miles - Two keys Features: - Bluetooth connectivity - Cruise control - Air conditioning - 5-door hatchback Condition: The car starts and runs, with no dashboard warning lights while running. Overall in reasonable condition for its age and mileage, with some cosmetic imperfections including wear to the driver's door handle, wing mirror cover and paintwork around the bonnet, as shown in the photographs. The car can occasionally feel jerky when pulling away in first gear. This was first noticed following the timing belt replacement, and the garage subsequently rechecked the work without identifying an obvious issue. The car has covered approximately 12,000 miles since, although the cause remains unknown. There is also an outstanding manufacturer airbag recall, for which SEAT offers a free replacement.
