VW Polo 1.2 Petrol Manual - MOT October 2027 2012 (62 plate) Volkswagen Polo 1.2 petrol, 5-door, approximately 103,000 miles. Selling my red VW Polo, which has recently undergone substantial engine work in September and is now running really well. It has a very tidy interior and has been well looked after. Recent mechanical work includes: New timing chain, tensioner and guides All 6 inlet valves replaced New cylinder head gasket and head bolts New exhaust manifold gasket Fresh oil and filter change The engine has been thoroughly tested, with good compression across all three cylinders, no engine fault codes and drives very nicely after a few hundred miles of testing. A few things worth mentioning: The front right brake disc has some pitting, causing a scraping noise when braking. Front tyres have plenty of tread remaining, while the rear tyres are nearing replacement. The latest MOT also noted a minor exhaust leak. The AC isn't currently working but it may just need re-gassing There is some minor body work damage and tiny chip in the windscreen (please see photos) Overall, a great little economical run-around with a long MOT and plenty of life left in it.
