This is sold as a project although it is running. The car has been a project for a friend of mine, and we have done a lot of work over the past year, including replacing the big-end bearings (full engine out). The bodywork has some dents and scrapes, but no significant rust underneath or on the body. There is a currently an issue with a tapping sound from the engine area, but the oil is pristine, pressure is fine and it runs smoothly. I have also unplugged the spark and injector for each cylinder, and it makes no difference to the sound. I think it's a problem in the flywheel / gearbox area as there are a few fresh gouges that I can see on a section of the flywheel. I don't have time to investigate any more, and I need the garage space!
