Description
Our 1976 Triumph Stag V8. Original engine.
Been in dry storage for the past 4 years after being purchased from a Mathewsons Auction by the previous owner in 2022. It's
done 600 miles since its last MOT in 2017.
We've had a full vehicle health check performed on the vehicle and had any issues fixed. 5 Brand new tyres, new fuel pump, spark plugs, new ball joint boots, refreshed brake fluid, fixed washer pump, oil and gearbox service and a few other smaller fixes. Any issue that came up on the health check were resolved. Paperwork to prove. The diff has a small leak.
Car is excellent now, drives and stops better than ever.
Soft top is in good condition. A very small hole on the passenger side, about 1mm, still water tight. Hard top is in excellent condition. The section the soft top folds away into is completely rust free, so is the underside of the vehicle.
Mechanic said he couldn't find any evidence of rust repairs, so if they have been done they've been done very well.
The car was sold with a folder of paperwork when purchased from Mathewson's, but the previous owner has lost it. I have an email confirming it had paperwork from Mathewson's. So the vehicle at the moment has none, except our health check.
The car is available to be viewed.
